There are three types of acoustic confirmations that can be executed by the system.

• Sound when activated
• Sound when deactivated
• Sound on error (alarm status has not changed)

Note: Only the Homematic IP Siren HmIP-ASIR or a Sonos Play can currently be used as a player for acoustic signals.

To set up a signal, go to Settings → Alarm. Select absence or presence mode and tap “Confirmation”. Now select the type of signal, e.g. “Activation”.

Now select the device on which the confirmation is to be played and set the tone, the running time and the delay. Save the settings and repeat the process for deactivation and errors.
