If the alarm has been set, it can be activated / deactivated using the pin pad or the alarm keys.

The current status of the alarm is shown on the dashboard:

Alarm deactivated:

absence mode activated:

presence mode activated:

To activate / deactivate, tap the icon. Now you can select between absence and presence mode. Once selected the pin pad opens.

To activate the alarm, all windows / doors that has been added in the alarm must be closed. Otherwise there will be an error occurring during activation (if set, an error sound will be played ). Activation via an alarm key is also impossible.

If a window / door is open, this will be indicated in the pin pad:

If all windows and doors are closed, the alarm can be activated by entering the PIN. If an activation delay has been set, the delay will be carried out first, otherwise the alarm is activated directly.

If the alarm is activated, the gateway is locked. In this state it is not possible to make changes to the system. This serves to protect against system manipulation and is indicated by the “gateway locked” icon on the dashboard.

If an alarm is activated, the pin pad is immediately opened for deactivation.

If the alarm has been deactivated, the gateway lock is not automatically released. You have to unlock the gateway manually.

If the system lock is released while the alarm is activated, the alarm can be deactivated and edited without a PIN.

The system can be unlocked by tapping the gateway locked icon. The pin is the same as the alarm PIN.
