The user directory with the stored gateways, devices, macros and your remote files is located here:
- Win XP:
\Documents and Settings\$USER$\My Documents\AIO CREATOR NEO - Win Vista/7/8:
\Users\$USER$\Documents\AIO CREATOR NEO - Mac OSX:

Log-file: Where is it?
The log file is in the user directory in the subfolder 'logs'.
