Integrate Logitech Harmony Hub as a gateway

If you are using the AIO CREATOR NEO with a Logitech Harmony Hub plug-in, you can integrate the Harmony Hub as a gateway in the device manager. For this purpose you can use the „search gateway“ button, to import the configuration of your Harmony Hub automatically. Alternatively you can configure your Hub manually by clicking the „new gateway“ button.

Important note: The Harmony Hub can only be found and imported automatically, if it is in the same subnet as the computer, on which the AIO CREATOR NEO software is used.

If your Harmony Hub has not been found automatically, you can configure it manually. In this case please click the „new gateway“ button. Now enter a name, select the type (Logitech Harmony Hub) and enter IP-address, Port-Number, User and Password of your Hub.

Import devices from gateways

For various gateways (i.e. Homematic CCU, hue bridge, netatmo central unit, Rademacher Homepilot, …) you can automatically import their connected devices / components into the NEO Device Manager. To do this, click the button “Import devices”.

A menu opens, where you have to select the specific gateway. Then the connected devices are detected and listed so that you can check the boxes of all devices you want to import.

Please note: Devices only can be imported automatically, if they are connected to the same subnet as the computer on which the AIO CREATOR NEO software is running. If the gateway is not detected automatically, you can integrate it manually by clicking the button “New device” in Device Manager and enter the settings of your gateway.
