Dynamic status textfield

A textfield may also include a textual status. For this purpose a status device must be assigned, which supports a textual status.

To place a static text infront (prefix) and behind (suffix) the dynamic status text, you can use the prefix & suffix input boxes. This might be useful because status texts mostly are just numerical values. For example you can typically use measurement units like “°C” or “°F” for temperature as a suffix.
